The Court of Appeal has given judgement in the case of Galo (Patrick) v Bombardier Aerospace UK 2016 NICA 25, holding that a Northern Ireland Industrial Tribunal did not provide a fair hearing to a Claimant who suffered from Asperger’s Syndrome by failing to properly take account of his disability and his medical evidence in circumstances where he was a litigant in person.
