Michelle mcginley

Michelle is the Director of Legal & Policy with the Employer’s Federation. She exclusively advises and represents employers on all employment law matters acting for some of the largest employers in Northern Ireland. She qualified as solicitor in private practice in Birmingham before returning to Northern Ireland in 2001. Michelle is also qualified in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

Michelle is a Board Member (Employer Representative) for the Labour Relations Agency.

Additionally, Michelle sits as a Solicitor Member on the Solicitor Disciplinary Tribunal, is an accredited Mediator and accomplished Solicitor Advocate, regularly running full cases to Hearing at the Industrial & Fair Employment Tribunals.
