Part 3: brings this together in two clear tables setting out possible adjustments for mental health and physical conditions. These highlight what tribunals and courts have found to be reasonable, alongside further suggestions and links to useful guidance.

Part 4: includes practical appendices, such as a Review Meeting Checklist, plus a curated list of publications, charities and support organisations in Northern Ireland to help employers make effective adjustments for applicants and employees.
