Background

The applicant alleged, in particular, that his dismissal from his university post following a critical email sent to the Rector constituted a violation of his right to freedom of expression guaranteed by Article 10 of the Convention. Is the right to complain about alleged nepotism, plagiarism, corruption and mismanagement strong enough to protect employees from dismissal? It seems so:
