I didn’t get my email today
Despite our best intentions, sometimes emails don’t get through to the intended recipient. This can happen for a number of reasons; they can be diverted into your junk mail, blocked by a firewall, soft bounce or hard bounce. Your first step here should be to contact your IT department to check if the firewall filtered out an email from Legal-Island. Also, ask the IT department to whitelist our emails so you don’t encounter any issues in future. If the email hasn’t been filtered out by a server or firewall, please email hub@legal-island.com. We will investigate the issue and respond to you.
I can’t log into the Hub
To access the Employment Law Hub, please use the email address at which you currently receive Legal-Island emails, and the password you were allocated when you signed up for the service. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset tool on the login page. This will email you instructions on how to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, please check your junk mail.

Login is available from any page on the site. Simply hover over the ‘Login’ option in the navigation bar and enter your details (email address and password).
