About Rosemary Lundy
Rosemary Lundy is a partner in the Employment Law Group of the Arthur Cox Belfast Office in Northern Ireland. Rosemary has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law, with a particular specialism in equality, having worked as in house legal adviser with the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland before joining Arthur Cox. Rosemary provides a full range of legal services to employers on all matters arising out of the employment relationship. Her practice area includes advisory work, commercial transactions, industrial disputes and representation in a range of matters, such as unfair dismissal and discrimination. Additionally Rosemary advises on administrative/public law, in particular on compliance issues arising under Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998.
Rosemary contributes to Legal Island’s “First Tuesday” email service and regularly writes articles for a variety of publications.
