About Roseann Kelly
Roseann joined Women in Business NI soon after the organisation was formed in 2002. Over the next 6 years, she worked as a voluntary Committee member and a voluntary Director of WIBNI. During this time Roseann held the roles of Vice Chair, Treasurer, Co-ordinator and Company Secretary. Roseann took on the role of Chief Executive in 2008. She is responsible for the development and implementation of The Women in Business NI Ltd Strategic Plan and for all operational activities.
Roseann is currently Vice Chair of Women's Tec and a non-executive director of Diversity Mark NI Ltd. She was a Committee member of the Community Women’s Fund NI, was awarded a Belfast Business Fastest Top 50 award in 2011 for her work at WIBNI and was presented an Award by Minister Arlene Foster for Services to Enterprise. She sat on Minister Farry’s expert panel for the Review of Apprenticeships and on the Panel for the Review of Youth Training and is now a member of its Stragegic Review Forum.
