About Lynsey Rainey
Lynsey Rainey joined the Legal-Island L&D team in early 2018, having worked in HR for over 10 years and is member of the CIPD. She completed a post-graduate diploma and masters in HRM in 2009 and has worked in a variety of generalist HR roles including co-ordinator, officer and, most recently, manager. Those roles have been in a number of industries including sales and media, the arts and construction. Lynsey has experienced all aspects of day-to-day HR, strategic change management, redundancy, TUPE and development of health and well-being programmes. Lynsey recently worked with the Strategic Investment Board on the development of social work placement programmes aiming to help the long-term unemployed back into paid employment. Lynsey is responsible for the HR-related output from Legal-Island.
