About Lisa Kepinski
Lisa is a D&I thought leader, frequently speaking at conferences, training & coaching new D&I practitioners, and advising organizations on their culture change strategy by applying what works. She has been an advisory board member of Catalyst Europe, the Global WIN (Women International Networking) organization, and is a member on the Barilla D&I Advisory Board. Seeing a need to support & develop D&I practitioners, Lisa founded a European-based Global D&I Network and is a faculty member for The Conference Board’s D&I Academy.
In 2013, Lisa co-founded the non-profit Inclusion Nudges Global Initiative which is a global platform for educating and sharing ways to apply behavioral science to increase inclusion. She is also a co-author of the Inclusion Nudges Guidebook. For this innovative work, Lisa and her co-founder were named to The Economist’s & The Telegraph’s Global Diversity List as “Top 10 Diversity Consultants” in 2015, 2016, & 2017. Lisa’s TEDx Talk offers insight on the need to design for inclusion for behavioral change in talent decisions.
Lisa co-authored a global study on improving the effectiveness of women networks, and also co-authored a research report on Inclusion & Diversity actions that have impact published by Newsweek. She frequently contributes to the dialogue on how to increase inclusion, equity, and diversity.
