HR and marketing guru, Management development expert, Linzi Conway is an experienced Organisational development specialist, well known for her engaging and personal approach. With her own successful business, a long list of loyal clients, and almost two decades of experience in business growth, Linzi is sought after to advise and work with clients across the public, private, voluntary, community, and social enterprise sectors to encourage entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, and create business opportunities throughout Ireland and the UK.
Having set up her own business, Key to Success Consultants, in 2003, Linzi has gained extensive experience in growing a diverse range of SMEs specialising in developting new ventures and turning around underperforming start-up companies. To date, Linzi has helped to establish and grow over 150 businesses.
Linzi is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, CMI Chartered Manager, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Chartered Marketer.
