About John Horgan
John Horgan is a former Chairman of the Labour Court and currently an independent Human Resources Consultant specialising in strategic HR issues and change management. He was awarded MA in Industrial Relations at Warwick University and worked as HR Director for a number of major multi-national companies. He is Chairman of Bord na Mona.
