About Graham Montgomery
A native of county Armagh, Graham has been a senior leader since 2004 in both the academically selective and non-selective sectors. Holding a BA in Politics and Modern History and a PGCE from Queen’s University, Belfast he was awarded the PQH in 2010 and taught Politics and History throughout his career. His interests are curriculum development, pastoral care and staff development. He has been headmaster of Northern Ireland’s oldest school, Royal School Armagh, a coeducational day and boarding school since 2018. He is a member of the HMC and is President of ASCL Northern Ireland.
