About Frank Farrelly
Frank is Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at Sigmar where he is responsible for a team of over 100 recruitment professionals across Dublin, Cork, Galway and nationwide.
Frank has been a committee member, Treasurer and Secretary for the National Recruitment Federation in Ireland over the last 6 years. He was elected Vice President of the National Recruitment Federation in 2014 and is President elect for 2017. He was part of the team that lobbied Government on the Agency Workers Act, Zero Hours Contracts and ‘If & When’ contracts.
Frank acted as non-executive director for The People Group 2005 – 2009, (under Newcourt PLC). He was responsible for changing the strategic direction of the company, increasing turnover by over 40% in 2008. He currently sits on the external interview panel for Dublin City Universities MBA program, has delivered courses for The Ryan Academy & The Smurfit Business School, and has chaired conferences such as the IVI Summit in 2015.
Frank will be representing the Irish Recruitment Industry at the 2016 CIETT conference in India.

- Bachelor of Arts (Economics), University College Dublin
- Qualified Occupational Assessor, British Psychological Society
- Fellow of the National Recruitment Federation 2010
