Adam Brett is a Partner in Jones Cassidy Brett, having joined from a major commercial law firm where he advised on many TUPE/SPC transactions. Adam regularly advises a major utility on the legal issues on outsourcing, tendering and insourcing. Adam has advised Housing Associations and other organisations on maintenance contracts.
Adam advises a range of service providers in areas such as provision of services by call centres, maintenance contracts, in the last year he has advised a major bank on TUPE transfers of significant functions and charities on transfers of helpline functions.
