Managing and Motivating Remote Workers in Northern Ireland

The outbreak of COVID-19 has created the greatest global health crisis of our time. The ease and speed at which the virus can spread has caused Governments throughout the world to shut down non-essential services, in order to contain and suppress the virus.

As employees across Northern Ireland prepare to return to the workplace, businesses and employees must take steps to ensure that workplaces are COVID-secure. It is important your employees understand their duties and responsibilities in protecting themselves and those around them.

Legal Island has created an eLearning course that will enable you to provide all employees with best practice guidance COVID-19 induction training in advance of returning safely to the workplace.

What is the purpose of this course?

The purpose of this course is to outline best practice guidance for employees as they return to work. All employees must understand the risks of Coronavirus (COVID-19) to themselves and their colleagues, the risk to your organisation for non-compliance with the guidance, and their own personal risk of contracting the disease in event of non-compliance with health and safety measures outlined within.

Who needs this Return to Work Safely: COVID-19 Induction Training?

It is important that employers provide COVID-19 induction training for all employees before they return to the workplace, to ensure they understand their duties and responsibilities in protecting themselves and those around them.

The standard rate of this course is £30+VAT per staff member, however, given these exceptional times, we have reduced the price of this course to £10+VAT per staff member (for a limited time only).
