These are unprecedented times for those heading up HR in their organisation. Talk of ‘HR Heroes’ does not seem out of place. Many HR departments have had to completely re-devise how work is completed, re-organise work patterns and quickly understand the impact of remote working on day to day operations as well as company culture.
This group provides participants with the opportunity to listen and contribute in small groups to discuss key HR issues.
Participants will be provided with small group learning and peer support, and one-on-one mutual coaching sessions, as well as the opportunity to hear from industry leaders on what is critical to know know and do right now in this rapidly changing world or work.
The Mastermind group features the following benefits:

- Mentoring Circles - providing an opportunity to nominate a topic or workplace issue for others to scrutinise and advise on
- Accountability Partner- you'll work with the same partner at every session to report on the progress of your own goals and objectives.
- Leading Industry Experts - you'll hear from leading industry experts on key HR topics of the moment through our unique masterclass programme.
Who is the group for?
The mastermind group is for HR practitioners with more than 5 years’ HR experience. Entry to the group is by application only to ensure appropriate level of expertise and knowledge.
Where & when?
The group will run online on Zoom between 2.30pm and 4.30pm on the following dates; 9 & 16 September, 14 October, 4 November, 9 December and 6 January.
