Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion In The Workplace - 8 Week Duration

Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion In The Workplace - 8 Week Duration

This Certification course is designed to provide a thorough understanding of the main components of diversity, equity, equality, inclusion and belonging. Devised and delivered by two leading D&I organisations in the UK & Ireland, this foundation course is led by one of the UK’s most experienced D&I experts and authors, Stephen Frost.

Why is D&I important?

This certificate will help you to understand the opportunities that now present themselves for much great inclusivity in this new world of work in which we find ourselves now. You will be challenged, stretch your thinking and encouraged you to re-examine what you thought you knew.

After participating in this course you will be able to :

  • Understand the core components of D&I and its importance in the modern workplaceIdentify the main barriers to greater D&I in your organisation
  • Devise a D&I Strategy that is right for your organisation
  • Improve recruitment methods to aid greater diversity
