    Adrian Twomey is a Corkman living happily in exile in County Wexford. He graduated from UCC and Trinity College Dublin and has more than 25 years of experience representing clients in the field of employment law. He has acted for many of the world's largest corporations, including airlines, banks and internet giants.

    Outside of the office, Adrian enjoys painting and other artistic endeavours and has an unhealthy fascination with German football.

Ciara’s work requires her to regularly represent clients before the High Court and the Work Place Relations Commission.

    Ciara is the current Chair of the Employment Committee of the Dublin Solicitor’s Bar Association and was influential in setting up this Committee in 2017.     Ingrid Miley BL spent most of her career employed as a journalist for RTÉ, the public service broadcaster of the Republic of Ireland. From 2002 until her retirement in 2021, she held the specialist position of Industry and Employment Correspondent for RTÉ News. In this capacity, she covered issues related to employment and the economy ranging from public service pay negotiations, strikes, redundancies, interaction with social welfare issues, and the implications of the recent shift to remote working during the pandemic. She delivered coverage across multiple media strands, including television and radio news, the RTÉ website and social media.

    Since her retirement from RTÉ, Ms. Miley has been practicing as a barrister with a specialist interest in employment law.

    Jennifer is Head of Employment and is also a member of the firm’s Healthcare and Cyber and Data Protection Teams. She is nationally regarded for her encyclopaedic knowledge of employment law and is the “go-to” advisor for corporate clients in both the public and private sector.

    Jennifer's key clients include scaling and established Irish companies in a variety of sectors, multinational companies in the technology, pharmaceutical, medical devices and diagnostics sectors and public authorities. Her focus is on working closely with her clients to provide commercial legal advice and practical, commercial solutions for their business.

    Strengthening the Team’s focus in the medical-technical sector, Jennifer is a member of RDJ’s Healthcare Team, acting for clients including pharmaceutical companies, health insurers, numerous medical device companies, and nursing homes. Advice includes regulatory and employment healthcare-specific issues, in respect of which Jennifer represents her clients before the Courts and the WRC/Labour Court.

    Jennifer is regularly invited to contribute as a key-note speaker at employment law and HR conferences, events and webinars for CIPD, and Legal-Island. She is a recognised thought-leader on various employment law and HR issues, in particular in the areas of retirement ages and age discrimination.

    Linda advises on all aspects of the employment law relationship from recruitment to termination and everything in between. Linda also advises multinationals and employers on changes to terms and conditions, unfair dismissals, payment of wages claims, restructuring and transfer of undertakings.     Lorcan Keenan is a Partner and Head of Pensions at Matheson.  He advises on the establishment and ongoing operation of all types of Irish pension arrangements, including defined benefit schemes, defined contribution schemes and master trusts. His clients include a broad mix of employers across various industries, pension scheme trustees, and pension service providers. He has particular expertise advising on the pensions implications of corporate transactions, group restructurings and TUPE transfers.  His recent experience includes advising employers on the transition of their pension schemes to master trust, and on new governance requirements introduced by the IORP II Directive.  Lorcan previously worked as a pensions lawyer in the UK, where he advised clients on the introduction of the UK's automatic enrolment pensions regime in 2012.
