Purchaser

What is eLearning?

eLearning is delivered via electronic methods – it offers the chance to deliver training at greatly reduced costs compared to traditional methods which require physical space as well as equipment and refreshments. eLearning enables staff within an organisation to develop their knowledge anytime, anywhere, allowing for more flexibility and consistency.

Who is eLearning compliance training for?

eLearning compliance training provides flexible learning for all employees in your organisation and allows them to up-skill more rapidly.

Every member of staff needs to be aware of the legal requirements for their role. eLearning compliance training offers many benefits for your organisation to help ensure you’re able to stay compliant compared to traditional training methods which can be time-consuming and more costly.

Is eLearning effective?

eLearning has a positive influence on an organisation’s profitability. There are a number of benefits for both the purchaser and the user (see below).

What are the benefits of eLearning training for the purchaser?

Fast and Flexible

eLearning delivers compliance training faster than classroom-based methods. Today’s workforce like bite-sized information delivered at a time that suits them, at their own pace, allowing time to reflect and embed their learning. Our eLearning training is interactive and available 24/7.

Cost-effective

Companies incur significant costs when delivering face to face compliance training. Typically, money is spent on a trainer, training facilities, time spent out of the office, catering, mileage, training materials etc. eLearning eliminates many of these costs and can significantly stretch a training budget and reduce your organisation's carbon footprint.

Specific to Northern Ireland Law

eLearning training provides standardised, consistent content to an entire workforce. Every person can be reached with the same content regardless of their location. This makes eLearning a reliable tool for increasing employee awareness in key compliance areas.

Ease of Administration

eLearning takes the stress out of administration with easily accessible real-time reporting, check who passed the assessment and who didn't. It’s downloadable for audit purposes too, reducing the length of time you spend on record keeping.

Assessment & Certificate

An end of course assessment ensures your staff understand the key components of the training. Each member of staff will receive their own personalised certificate upon successful completion.

What are the benefits of eLearning training for the user?

  • It makes it easy to grasp the content and digest it
  • It results in improved scores on certifications, tests, or other types of evaluation.
  • A higher number of people who achieve ‘pass’ level.
  • Enhanced ability to learn and implement new processes or knowledge in the workplace.
  • Helps retain information for a longer time.
