Anti-Bribery and Corruption at Work

About this course

Bribery and corruption can have a significant negative impact on any organisation including penalties, loss of business, legal fees and loss of credibility in the eyes of customers and suppliers.

This all staff training course is designed to raise awareness of bribery and corruption in the workplace so that all members of staff know what it is, how to spot the signs and how to report it.

Legal Island’s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption at Work eLearning course is tailored specifically to Northern Ireland law and provides comprehensive compliance training for all staff.

Why Anti-Bribery and Corruption Training is Essential for Your Organisation

Both an organisation and those associated with it are responsible for ensuring a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.

Under the Bribery Act 2010, organisations and those connected to them bear the responsibility of maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to bribery. Failure to comply leaves you open to prosecution if anyone associated with your company is found to have engaged in corrupt activities with the intent to secure business or advantages.

However, having an effective training program and robust measures in place is your best defence for protecting your organisation.

This all-staff training not only creates a culture of integrity but also strengthens your organisation’s compliance posture, protecting it from costly legal repercussions and ensuring peace of mind.
