About Rob Tubman
Rob is an Associate in A&L Goodbody's Employment and Incentives team and advises a wide range of public and private sector clients on contentious and non-contentious aspects of Employment law. He has assisted Employers in the defence of claims at the Industrial and Fair Employment Tribunals and regularly advises in-house HR personnel on day to day issues such as grievance and disciplinary matters. Rob has experience advising clients on the legal requirements of restructuring exercises and frequently assists clients with corporate immigration matters.
