About Patricia Rooney
Patricia Rooney graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast and joined Tughans in 2010. She has nearly 20 years’ experience in advising on all aspects of employment law, assisting clients both in the public and private sectors. She advises on a range of employment related matters, including pensions, TUPE and outsourcing, restrictive covenants and their enforcement.
Patricia also represents clients at the Industrial and Fair Employment Tribunal and Court of Appeal and is qualified to practice in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
