About Olga Pollock
Olga started her HR career within the software sector in 2003 as an HR Assistant in the then Antrim-based Consilium Technologies. There she spent the next 13 years building her HR career as the organisation grew in size along with her responsibility. Olga became the company's HR Officer in 2006 and has managed an HR team since 2014 by which stage the company had changed its name to TotalMobile Lt and had relocated to Belfast's Clarendon Dock area.
Olga has full generalist experience having managed the entire HR life-cycle in a fast-paced tech environment. She has a lot of experience in employer branding exercises having presented at many tech events along with TV and radio interviews. She has produced internal and external promotional videos; something which she has thoroughly enjoyed.
Olga has a BA Hons in Sociology and a Post Graduate level Diploma in Human Resource Management. She also holds a NEBOSH certificate in Health & Safety Management and is a member of the CIPD.
