About Neil McLeese
Neil started his HR career with a clothing manufacturer in 2003 before moving to the Builders Merchant, JP Corry, in 2005. As HR Manager with JP Corry, Neil was responsible for the Company’s HR function across the Island of Ireland.
In 2012 Neil joined Personnel & Training Services Ltd becoming a Director of the Company in 2014. In this role he enjoys working with a wide variety of clients across all sectors.
In addition, Neil has also held a Directorship of a Belfast based charitable organization (2011-2013) and was a committee member for the NI Branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Neil’s experience is supported by a BA Degree in HRM, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, NEBOSH General Certificate and membership of the CIPD.
