About Mark Latuske
Mark Latuske's HR and People Development career has taken in both big four consultancy and senior ‘in-the-line’ roles. He has spent a significant period of his career in Financial Services organisations, but his consulting assignments have also spanned other sectors including telecoms, education and health.
He spent the first decade of his career based in London, but following relocation to Northern Ireland in 2006, he has worked across Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Between 2013 and 2016, Mark was Head of Talent and Organisational Development at Permanent TSB (PTSB) in Dublin where he was responsible for all aspects of the Bank’s Recruitment, Remuneration, and Development approaches; and was Programme Manager for the Bank’s wider HR and People Transformation effort. Under his tenure, PTSB was the recipient of the Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD)’s Best Talent Management Programme in Ireland Award, which recognised the significant shift made in the Group’s Executive Development and Coaching Offering.
More recently Mark is bringing his skills and experience to Clarendon Executive as Head of Executive Coaching and Organisational Development, playing a full part in the firm's core Executive Search offering, and also supporting the development of our new client offering around ‘post-hire’ Executive Development and Senior Team Progression.
