Since qualification in 2005, Majella has specialised in the area of employment law and have acted on behalf of a predominantly employer client base in relation to all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. She joined PwC in May 2008. Her experience includes advising in relation to recruitment, contracts of employment, employment policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, compromise agreements, dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and TUPE matters.
Majella has also represented employers in Tribunal claims in both Northern Ireland and in GB in respect of matters such as constructive dismissal, discrimination, working time and payment of wages claims. Since joining PwC, she has also gained experience in client training matters, including the design and delivery of training.
