Lynsey Rainey is a Talent Business Partner, having worked in HR for over 15 years and is member of the CIPD. Lynsey is responsible for all aspects of HR and recruitment in her current role and has experienced all aspects of day-to-day HR including strategic change management, redundancy, TUPE and development of health and well-being programmes. She has recently completed a post-graduate certificate in Employment Law and Practice at Ulster University and has worked in a variety of generalist HR roles before moving into HR Management in 2015. Those roles were in a number of industries including sales and media, the arts, construction and continues at present in . Lynsey is passionate about developing employer branding and using the employee experience to enable better staff engagement and retention.
