About Lindsay Gibson
Lindsay advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. On the non-contentious side, Lindsay has extensive experience in advising clients on employment contracts, policies, procedures, disciplinary and internal grievance processes, dismissals and discrimination. She also advises on the employment law aspects of transactions. On the contentious side, Lindsay advises on tribunal claims and procedure and High Court litigation.
Previously, she worked major US law firms in London, before returning home to practise in Northern Ireland.
