About Laura Feely
Laura Feely is an Associate with A&L Goodbody's Employment Law Group.
Laura qualified as a solicitor in a leading ROI law firm in 2016 and joined A&L Goodbody's Employment Law Group in 2019. She advises both public and private sector, domestic and international clients in relation to a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law and equality law issues. Laura provides ongoing support to HR managers in relation to internal reorganisations, terminations, workplace investigations, management of disciplinary and grievance procedures, audits of employment related documentation and drafting contractual documentation. Laura is experienced in working on commercial transactions in the context of employment related issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, in particular advising on the transfer of undertakings.
On the contentious side, she regularly advises clients in respect of proceedings before the Civil Courts and the Workplace Relations Commission involving unfair dismissals, discrimination, personal injuries and employment-related injunctions. She has also participated in a number of alternative dispute resolution scenarios i.e. mediations, conciliation and arbitration.
