Kiera Lee is Head of the Employment Law team at Mills Selig and has developed all areas of the firm's employment practice. She advised on the first published settlement under the sexual orientation legislation. She carries out employment audits on a number of companies and works closely with employers on managing the exit of senior executives. Kiera regularly works in conjunction with the Mills Selig Corporate Team advising on the employment aspect of mergers and acquisitions.
