About Jack Balmer
Jack is an Associate in Lewis Silkin's Employment, Immigration and Reward division based in Belfast. He acts for a variety of clients, from local to multinational companies and public sector organisations, in a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
This includes advising clients on complex and sensitive grievance, disciplinary, performance and absence processes, business reorganisations and TUPE. He also advise clients on their employment documentation, including contracts and policies, as well as their contractual and statutory obligations.
He regularly advise clients on employee terminations and resolving issues through early conciliation, and represent clients in the Industrial Tribunal and civil courts.
