Helen O'Brien has recently joined Personnel and Training Services (PTS), a Northern Ireland based HR and H&S consultancy firm.  Previous to this Helen was for many years the manager for the delivery of employment services in Ireland, Scotland and the North of England for a large UK consultancy business.

She has experience in all aspects of the HR consultancy service from the preparation of employment documentation to employment advice, training, consultancy and representation at Industrial and Fair Employment Tribunals.
