About Gerard Ward
Gerard is an experienced Employment Lawyer, heading up the DWF employment team in Northern Ireland.
Gerard has extensive experience providing contentious and non–contentious advice on a wide range of employment matters and has a particular interest in employment litigation, discrimination, severance and termination issues. He also provides advices and support in relation to business restructurings and TUPE transfers, advising domestic and international clients across the food and drink, transport, retail and manufacturing sectors.
Gerard is a member of DWF's Visas and Immigration Team and has vast experience advising businesses and individual clients on immigration and nationality issues, such as the prevention of illegal working, employee audits, visa applications, EEA rights and routes to citizenship.
