Senior Associate, Emma Grossmith, is based in Belfast. She is dual English and Wales/Northern Ireland qualified and also has considerable experience advising Scottish employers, meaning she is able to advise employers on employment issues wherever their operations are based in the UK, including in Northern Ireland. Emma advises on all aspects of UK employment law including on unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, disciplinary, grievance and absence management, as well as on individual and collective redundancies, TUPE and corporate restructures.
