About Conor McCrory
Conor studied Law at the University of Dundee and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School, Leeds in 2010. Conor is a dual qualified Solicitor in England/Wales and Northern Ireland having worked for a number of leading corporate immigration practices in the City of London for 10 years.
After returning home to Northern Ireland, Conor joined Cleaver Fulton Rankin as an Associate Solicitor in 2018 and was promoted to Associate Director in Business Immigration in November 2020. Conor has experience advising clients within a diverse range of sectors including oil and gas, financial services, pharmaceuticals, retail, manufacturing and education. Conor concentrates on business immigration and provides training to corporate clients on compliance as well as prevention of illegal working. Conor focuses on Tier 1 and Tier 2 visas under the Points Based System (PBS) and advising private individuals and their families.
Conor specialises in challenging Home Office decisions to suspend/revoke sponsor licences, compliance and risk analysis; reporting and audit planning. Conor is a Committee member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland’s Immigration Practitioners’ Group and retains membership of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) in London.
