Ciaran Sheehan is Managing Partner at Clarendon Executive, specialists in executive search, performance and the provision of interim management in Northern Ireland. With over 20 years’ experience, Ciaran specialises in Board and Senior Management appointments across the private, public and voluntary sectors, both at executive and non-executive director level.
Ciaran’s clients range from Northern Ireland’s most successful PLC’s to some of Northern Ireland’s most exciting start-ups. He has made many of Northern Ireland’s most important public sector appointments, and has supported a range of charitable organisations through the appointment of key talent. He is always interested in connecting with CEO's and business leaders who realise that attracting and retaining talent is the key to sustainable growth.
Ciaran has also held a wide range of Chairman and Board positions within the voluntary sector, is currently Chairman of Young Enterprise Northern Ireland and has been a longstanding Board Member of Business in the Community.
