About Bonny Grieve
Bonny Grieve is an experienced Compensation and Benefits Practitioner with a strong background in working on complex remuneration and reward projects within an HR function for multinational organisations in the financial services and energy industries. Bonny has lived and worked in Southern and Francophone Africa and Europe and now calls Northern Ireland home. She enjoys finding patterns and coming up with solutions to problems whether that be analysing gender pay gap data, developing a pay line based on market data, calculating the inter-rater reliability of interview ratings or finding out the optimum ratio of wet to dry ingredients for making bread.
