About Bernadette Treanor
Bernadette Treanor is managing consultant with Beo Solutions undertaking workplace investigations and providing an equality consultancy. As a former Equality Officer in the Equality Tribunal Bernadette gained the expertise and insights needed in conducting thorough, detailed investigations and mediations and has consolidated this with FETAC level 9 Employment Law (UCD) and FETAC level 7 Investigations (Bond Solon) training. She has led Beo Solutions through a complete process re-engineering of its investigations that are now project managed on the basis of best practice to ensure thoroughness and timely progression to conclusion with comprehensive and reasoned reports.
Beo Solutions also provides training in relation to all aspects of dignity at work policies and in particular training in workplace investigations.
