About Anne Mercer
Anne has extensive experience in a variety of key areas of Human Resources including attracting and retaining talent. 19 years of HR experience has led to Anne’s particular expertise in strategic operational management. Anne has led and consulted on transformation and strategic operational programmes in a variety of public sector and private sector organisations including a wide range of blue chip companies. She has an In-depth knowledge and understanding of the implementation and effect of change on people. As well as putting this into practice in an operational environment, Anne has facilitated workshops and conducted research led motivational talks on this area to variety of business and organisations.
Before working in a consultancy capacity with Think People consulting, Anne worked as a manager at both British Airways and NTL. Anne led large scale transformation projects at both BA and NTL where her effective approach put people at the forefront of change whilst ensuring all operational processes continued to run smoothly for the benefit of the customers and company.
