Alexander is a senior associate with Kennedys Belfast specialising in Employment Law. Alexander has extensive experience representing employers in the industrial tribunal and fair employment tribunal. He has acted in claims involving unfair dismissal and all categories of discrimination.
Alexander has a particular interest in professional regulation. He serves as a member of the Accountancy Ireland Appeals Panel and has previously served as Chairman of the Irish Football Association (IFA) Disciplinary Committee. He is currently Vice Chairman of the IFA Player Status committee in which capacity he arbitrates in transfer disputes and in contractual disputes between clubs and players.
