About Áine O’Hare
Áine O’Hare, Tax Lead Partner and International Business Lead for PwC Northern Ireland.
Aine is a Tax partner focussing on International Business. She advises private sector companies and multinational groups on a wide range of tax issues, with a particular focus on the UK and international tax sensitive issues for these businesses.
She has previously worked in Sydney as a key member of our Global Tax team, providing a wide-range of global tax-led solutions to a range of clients including advising on tax compliance, audit of tax, tax efficient structuring, corporate acquisitions, tax due diligence, SPA negotiations and refinancing.
A mum of three kids, Aine is also a keen runner and plays football as well.
