The President of the Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunal, Eileen McBride, has issued a practice direction requiring that all requests for an extension of time by Respondents in presenting an (ET3) response be made to the tribunal in line with Rule 18 of The Industrial Tribunals And Fair Employment Tribunal Rules Of Procedure 2020 by email where possible to mail@employmenttribunalsni.org.
