On 4th June Tom Evans, Deputy Director of strategy in the European and Employment Relations division, and Dr Alan Scott from the employment relations policy and legislation branch of DEL presented a report on the responses to the extensive employment law review carried out last November.The consultation exercise covered two main parts - early resolution of disputes and better regulation measures.
