- The last meeting this year of the D&I Forum for 2020 will take place this afternoon at 3.30pm, where a panel will be discussing "You can't be what you can't see - how to get more women in non-traditional roles".
- In Case Reviews this week, Jason Elliott BL discusses another employment status case in which the individual was unable to demonstrate that they were an employee; and an employee was found to have been unfairly dismissed on the grounds of ill health, even in the absence of medical information.
