I hope you have had a wonderful Christmas and enjoyed a well-deserved break. I started writing Legal Island articles back in October of 2016 with a post on Managing Difficult Employees.
I’m very grateful to the wonderful Legal Island team for allowing me the opportunity to write about all things HR-related over the years, and for their lovely feedback and words of encouragement. I am also extremely thankful to anyone who took the time to read my ramblings and I hope that I was able to help someone who needed a steer at some point.
