Just for a Change....


As recently as 2010 the training journal quoted research which suggested that up 29% of leaders do not plan the implementation of their change initiatives. We suspect that with the very best of intentions, many of our readers are also ‘praying to St Jude’ that all will turn out fine, rather than proactively managing change.

There are hundreds of sources of information about the subject of change management. All will set out very clearly from the beginning that change is inevitable. In fact, experience tells us that it is necessary to embrace and proactively manage change in order to survive, let alone stay ahead of the competition. No news there.
