At the recent Annual Employment Law Conference for Northern Ireland, hosted by Legal Island, I posed the question, ‘Are dinosaurs still walking around our organisations?’

I think the qualitative feedback would suggest that dinosaurs are not extinct in the workplace. We unfortunately still share our workplaces with individuals who do not see the Internal Pressures, such as
