Creating an effective team in any organisation is a challenge. Having conducted a recent search on the internet for Team Building workshops, I was bombarded with items on Go-Karting, Paint Balling and Laser Tag. However, team building training should not be confused with "team recreation" and there is a real danger of falling into the trap of think a day racing someone around a track or covering them in paint, will be a solution for team training.
