Within BDO, we have availed of Graduate placements on an ad hoc basis over the years, with great success. A number of trainees have been retained following the completion of their placement and are now operating at various levels within the firm, including at manager level.

We currently have three Graduate Trainees onsite through Parity’s INTRO Programme, with a fourth about to join us in the coming weeks. The Trainees are working in a number of different business areas, including Wealth Management, Marketing and (most importantly in my eyes!) HR.
