Working in HR, I think we all put the Government initiative of “Lifelong Learning” into our jobs on a day and daily basis. I don’t ever think there will be a time when I will be able to say “I have learnt all there is know in HR” for every day something new will crop up or someone will have a totally new perspective on something that sets my brain into gear.
With some shock, and I have to admit, horror, I have realised that I am “celebrating” my tenth anniversary this month.
